If I choose a reward that offers more than one item - such as, 'PACK OF 2', 'PACK OF 3', etc. Will I get to choose any style?
Yes. If you pledge for a reward that offers more than one item, for example: PACK OF 2 - You will get to choose any two BAUBAX 2.0 products/styles. You can have the two styles to be the same or different. Example: you could order 2 Vests, or 2 Sweatshirts, 2 Windbreakers or 2 Bombers, etc. Or you could mix and match such as: 1 Vest and 1 Bomber, or 1 Windbreaker and 1 Sweatshirt, and so on.

Do all styles come with the 25 features or are there some exclusive features?
Each of our 4 styles have more than 25 features to offer. There are some features that don’t come in all 4 styles, such as the vest will not come with detachable gloves. We have designed the new jackets to be more aligned with US sizing standards. If you are a non-US customer, simply follow our sizing chart and our jackets should fit you just fine.

No. Earlier our jackets used to run small in size. Based on the feedback we’ve received from customers over the last two years, we have redone our sizing and made our jackets more aligned with standard US sizing. As long as you follow the ‘sizing chart’ and ‘how to measure’ guide on this campaign’s page, the jackets will fit you fine.

Are the jackets waterproof?
The Windbreakers will be water-repellant, and the Bombers and Vests will be water-resistant:
Water-repellent = not easily penetrated by water; provides more protection than water-resistant. Water-resistant = is able to provide some protection from water in smaller volumes but not 100% protection.

What are the measurements and length of each style/garment?
The jackets are still in the final stages of design. We will update our backers of the exact garment measurements once they are finalized. Our proposed body size measurements are final and listed on our campaign page. As long as you follow the body size measurements and how to measure guide correctly, the jackets will fit you just fine.

The shipping charges that you pay here on Kickstarter (as a part of your pledge/order) include the transportation/delivery of our jackets to your shipping address.
It is inclusive of all taxes and VAT (no additional fees) for customers with shipping address from 34 countries such as: United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and 28 EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

What is the $10 complimentary credit?
The 10 USD complimentary credit is offered towards the purchase of another jacket as an ‘add-on’ item from BauBax to backers as a token of appreciation if they wish to purchase any add-ons while completing the survey. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
